Iphone 4 White Delay

There were many shipping and manufacturing issues that caused the delay of the expected June 4, 2010 release date. Apple claims that these issues caught them off guard. A main issue was the absence of flash photography in the new white version. The reason for this was that the proximity sensor was unaffected because the front side of previous models was black. A representative from Apple was quoted saying, "It's not as simple as making something white. There's a lot more that goes into both the material science of it -- how it holds up over time...but also in how it all works with the sensors." As a result, Apple released the new white version of the Iphone 4 10 months later than expected.

On April 17, Verizon Wireless will be eliminating the 1-year contract option officially. All prior 1-year contracts will be valid until the contract is over. Some see it as an attempt to hold their customers down for longer. For those who have commitment issues, Verizon says they will keep their month-to-month services and may have a $50 unlimited talk/text plan. The data services would of course be extra.

Podcast

1. A podcast is a voice recording that can update people on certain topics or even be a show that is simply recorded and people download it and listen to it.
2. I think people create podcasts to express their opinions, tell a story, or even to give a report such as news or a school report.
3. I have created one podcast in my life. It was a short story that we had to record and include sound effects and music for dramatic effects.
4. I would need my laptop equipped with a microphone and a voice-recording application.
5. I would like to give a sports update as a podcast.
